These terms apply when you order from Resam Coffee House through this app. By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to them.

Orders

Menu availability, pricing, and preparation times are set by Resam Coffee House and may change without notice. Placing an order is a request to purchase, not a guarantee — Resam Coffee House may decline or cancel an order (for example, if an item runs out), in which case you'll be notified and refunded where applicable.

Payment

Prices are shown in RM and include applicable tax unless stated otherwise. Depending on what Resam Coffee House has enabled, you may pay at the counter, by bank transfer/QR with a receipt upload, or online. Online payments are processed by a third-party payment gateway — we don't store your card or banking details.

Loyalty & rewards

Resam Coffee House's loyalty program, points, and any birthday treat are provided at Resam Coffee House's discretion and may change or end at any time. Points have no cash value and aren't transferable.

Your account

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your password secure. You must be old enough under Malaysian law to enter into this agreement, or have a parent/guardian's permission.

Acceptable use

Don't use this app for anything unlawful, to place fraudulent orders, or to interfere with its normal operation.

Liability

This app is provided by Resam Coffee House on the Ordify platform on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, neither Resam Coffee House nor Ordify is liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the app.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the app after a change means you accept the update.
